Video Inquiry Form - Before we can process any order we ask that you fill out our Inquiry form to see if your video is available for transaction.

Please fill out the fields below and press the submit button (once please) and we will contact you as soon as possible with information concerning your order. Please fill out as many fields as possible, and phone number!

Equis Productions has several locations in the Eastern US. We specialize in professional video production for the Hunter/Jumper world.

We keep all tapes from all shows for at least 6 years, so you can order at anytime.

We need the show date, place of show and show name, also horses name and number (if you have it).

Make sure your put a phone number or e-mail address or we can not contact you to finalize order.

If you do not hear from us in a few days, we may have not recieved all of your information to start the order. Feel free to call Patrick at 309.236.1152

There are several ways to order your video.

1. (Ruffkutt) 45.00 First Class on DVD-$35.00 per Class or round there after - This is your raw video on DVD, no editing. These can be mailed out within a week or two from your order! (Rush service always available) These are great for training, sales, and if you need your video right away!

2. (Edited) 75.00 per class. These are a very polished version of your video. Stills are taken from each class and made into slates with the horses name, riders name, and class names. The DVD has chapters and menu's with an opening sequence, and a picture of your horse printed on the DVD. These are great for sales, memories, presents, and of course to show your friends! These can take 4-12 weeks. (Rush delivery also available)

3. YouTube Orders. 70.00 for first / 30.00 for second / 50.00 therafter. You do not need to buy the ruffkutt anymore :) We can upload to your personal account or
to ours.

We have other services available: like musical montages (your own music video personalized of you and your horses) , music added to rounds, MPEG 4's available for Server Download, and we can host your video for internet viewing and much more!
